Now living and teaching in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, near the Nicoya Blue Zone, I see every day how lifestyle influences longevity. Here, people move naturally, stay connected to nature, manage stress differently, and live with a genuine Pura Vida mindset. These elements inspire the foundation of Longevity Yoga.
